Ember opened in 2019 with a single wood-fire hearth and a belief that great cooking doesn't require complexity — it requires patience, quality ingredients, and heat you can feel in the room.
Chef Daniel Torres spent 12 years in Michelin-starred kitchens in New York and Barcelona before returning home to Nashville to build something that felt like his own. Something honest.
